"James checked me in and put a smile on my face just by being friendly. The room is great and parking is convenient. The AC works, it just needed an hour to get cranking. There's a cool stream nearby. The area is walkable; James recommended Fridas, an excellent Mexican restaurant about 3-4 blocks up the road. Great margaritas and tacos and excellent salsa, an easy walk. The trolley that moves people around town has a stop right here. The wifi is a little slow - but you're in Durango, go outside!"

It was wonderful to be able to book the hot tub in advance so you could enjoy that time with just the person you are traveling with. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to everything in the downtown. You could hear the train that passes by during the day but it was a positive for us. We would definitely stay again. Price was reasonable and on par with other hotels in the area. "
