"Avoid booking this hotel. They don’t follow Hotels.com policies, repeatedly pressure you to pay them directly, and may even refuse to check you in. The platform itself is becoming unreliable in managing and training these properties, overall, a terrible experience."

"From checkin to checkout and inbetween the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Always smiling and never too busy to stop and say hello. Reception staff were extremely courteous and willing to help no matter what the request was. A very happy and positive vibe all throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located. "Its a sound enough hotel for the business traveler but otherwise pretty ordinary. It's in a shabby part of town with no local ameities or attractions worth the bother. The bar is dismal and the restaurant poor. The staff do a good job of making the best of the little they have to wotk with."
