"Good place for easy access to the waterfront and fishermans wharf. Hotel itself is quite fresh and modern - courtyard area out the back with fire pits is great for a few beers. Sound proofing between rooms is not great nor is the 1” gap underneath the door to the hallway so you can hear absolutely everything that is going on all night. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Recommend for a short stay with easy access to the good places "

"Had a very pleasant staycation with my girlfriend who was visiting from Pasadena. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the beginning of our stay at check-in to extending our Check out time when we left. The hotel was clean, all the staff friendly and the pool area was very relaxing, even if the weather is inclemental. I would definitely recommend staying at the Nikko when you visit San Francisco. "I tried to call the process and waited on home for 15 minutes, got hung up on, call back, hung up again, call back finally got someone on the phone and explain to them how bad that service was. The housekeepers were very sweet and the front desk people when we checked in, were also very sweet. Coffee in the room! The coffee downstairs although expensive was good. "
