"We loved our stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel. This is such a beautiful property with welcoming and staff. The rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and this was the most comfortable bed we had while staying in Japan. The location makes it easy to hop on the subway or a train and there are so many restaurants in this area. We appreciated the help with transferring our luggage to the airport! We would definitely stay here again!"

However, they’ll assist you on how to use it. A majority of the hotels offer the luggage delivery service, which is amazing. You have to pay in cash. They’ll explain how to fill out the form etc. Some may even do it for you. They will all call the hotel you’re sending the luggage to confirm your reservation. Great location and place!"

" Con: my ONLY complaint is that the hotel controls the air conditioning. During our trip it was pretty cold, but towards our last days it started warming up. Either way, the a/c had the heater on. I contacted the front desk and they apologized saying it’s controlled by the hotel. They said to leave the a/c off and to open the windows. They also had a humidifier which worked as a fan for us so we used that. We managed the last 6 days of our trip that way. It just sucked because I usually like the room cold no matter what. Thankfully it wasn’t hot at night. This was the only hotel I had that issue with. If the a/c is a deal breaker, find another place. I would have if I knew. "The hotel was in a good area easily accessible by taxi to all other areas in Tokyo. Lots of restaurant choices in the hotel and in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful. Always willing to help you with anything. The hotel was super clean, great toiletries, complimentary water. Close to a family mart and 7/11. There are laundry facilities and facilities to heat up food on the 4th floor."

"Five star service across the board. Great accommodations, lovely staff, great breakfast. The restaurants on 6th floor are fantastic. We visited during Sakura season and this hotel did not disappoint. "
