"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel & staff very efficient, friendly & helpful. Gigi the lady who checked us in was very helpful. Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "

"Great property! The rooms are big for London, very clean and modern. The location is excellent - close to trains and buses to go to any area of London, walking distance musicals, restaurants, and attractions like Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Highly recommend"

"Great hotel, staff and location. We had a beautiful view of the London Eye from our room. Only small downsides were the shower had small amounts of mold and we could hear traffic and trains through the windows, but no big deal at all. "
