"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. "Checking in and out was a smooth process. Many local food and clothes shopping options nearby and much less crowded than the main cities. Room was clean and comfy. The toilet was a little small but other than that, everything else was great. Location is also great as it was only a short walk from Sangenjaya station. Highly recommend this place! "Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they hardly spoke English and made difficult to communicate with staff. I had booked what was a double bed which they made me upgrade my room because it was 3 of us and made me get a triple single bed. So if you book a room for more than 2 people read carefully the bed sizes. Also they put me a room next to construction so you can imagine. Also the bathrooms are a bit outdated so you’re practically paying for the location. "
