"Sanctuary House Hotel is just that, a “sanctuary” in a big, busy city. Karen, at registration, was friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions for our first time visit in London. The hotel is in an excellent location between Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. Overall, staff was friendly, food was delicious, and basic rooms are generous. We will definitely stay here again. "

"It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

"I've attended this property to host professional events a few times and the staff and venue are always very helpful and friendly. This was the first time we stayed here in one of the suites, which was absolutely sublime and perfect for our needs. It was clean and comfortable with great facilities. The only slight criticism I'd have is that if there is an event on the noise carries into the rooms and can be disruptive until late. I understand that commercially it's a balance in keeping guests...

"We loved everything about our stay! We found the room clean, classy, and cozy. The AC worked great and was appreciated. We loved the shower and the fridge with the complimentary bottled water was great to have. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts, which included delicious buffet items in addition to a hot dish we could order from the menu.
