"Hotel was clean but our shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. Overall the hotel room needed a deep clean and things replaced. The drapes/blinds were definitely dirty and needed to be replaced as there was rips in them. The bed was rather uncomfortable and felt that it actually sloped to the edge when you laid down. The pillows were so thin that it took all 3 to give support. Overall, a one night stay is ok, but for the money it was not worth it. Anchorage is a destination place, so finding a good hotel is hard. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Main lobby and halls were clean and looked ok. "

"Nice clean hotel with a full breakfast and decent restaurant and bar. Rooms are large and spacious and clean. Hotel has a great presence and is adorned with full animal mounts that represent Alaska. The hotel is starting to look a bit dated but will serve both business customers as well as families and tourists. Like a lot of Anchorage the area has its share of sketchy characters and street people but not as many as downtown location. There is shopping and restaurants nearby but you may want to rent a car if you are staying more than a day as there isn’t much to see close by. Some of the staff were awesome and friendly. I would stay here again."
