First: no elevator to the 1st landing. Difficult with major luggage. I specifically stayed here because it advertised as “self parking” and then I had to pay. Simon, the front desk receptionist was most helpful and kind. The restaurant was good and convenient and the wait staff was fabulous.

Ate dinner there. went to sleep. nice and quite quiet. clean room beds could have been a little better. Slept good though.

Had a little problem with the toilet but the staff said they would be quick to fix it. Other than that our stay was great. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I had a really nice stay at the Holiday Inn in Manchester. I was traveling alone, and the hotel was a great choice for my visit. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I especially liked the convenient location, which made it easy to get around and explore the city on my own. After a long day of sightseeing, it was nice to come back and relax. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again!

Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!

Great property, reasonably priced, comfortable and clean room. Kitchenette was great and the bathroom was lovely. I found the bed to be incredibly comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices, and allergens were labeled for all items; separate space for gluten-free items. Laundry room was good, small washers & dryers that were serviceable and free for guests (byo detergent), and much appreciated. Staff were all polite, helpful, and seemed genuinely pleasant. Stayed for a weekend in the city. Great location convenient for the university and city centre. Hotel is modern, clean. Room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the air conditioning worked well. Great buffet breakfast and reasonably priced I would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
