We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! This is a far different experience than standard hotel stays. Personalized service. I was greeted and given a tour of the amenities. Afforded a key, and offered tips for dining and drinking in the area.Comfortable rooms with personal touches. Never heard a noise any of the three nights.Great breakfasts. I like the concept very boutique - my room was good size - a living area - kitchenette - work desk - walk in bathroom and a separate bedroom - really good space - definitely recommend

Wonderful place to stay.

Everything was great, staff was very friendly and nice. Had a great turkey pesto sandwich in the bar. Prices in the bar are reasonable. They are pet friendly but the pet fee is $100, a bit steep.

New hotel- very clean - rooms were soundproof & breakfast was excellent! Entire staff was helpful and courteous. Located near shopping mall with many restaurants . Will definitely stay here again.

A Gem!!! Exceeded every expectation. From the keyless entry and room security, to the floor by floor internet, full chef’s kitchens and common spaces, the facilities are contemporary and luxurious. The 20’ high ceilings and attention to every detail made this property standout. We were able to meet and personally thank the owner for his efforts I making this an impeccably pleasant retreat.

His hotel was more than I expected. They even had a pool table you reading book and a program that helps with literacy, including the restaurant downstairs and the gym. I loved it all.

What a lovely, beautiful space! The room was gorgeous, as was the whole house. The breakfast Andrew and Marie made was delicious, and they were wonderful hosts.

My husband and i stayed here for his birthday. It was a great experience. We booked ste 8. It was the biggest room on the property and has a private entrance. There are many things to do in the area. We had a great personable experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The rooms were spacious and very nicely furnished. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and nicely detailed. The lobby fireplace and sitting room were very warm and inviting, as was the library sitting area. What completed our experience was the attitude of the staff.
