The main strength of this rental is it’s ridiculous proximity to Kyoto Station. It’s a 2 minute walk if you’re slow. All three beds are Asian style, very firm. The shower/bath area is Asian style. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. "Excellent location - short walk to Kyoto station, 2 large shopping malls and a laundrette just around the corner. Reasonable cooking facilities but not enough room for 2 people to pass in this galley (to reach the hand basin and shower). In reality that was not much of a problem. Good WiFi. We would certainly stay here again."

"This was a really nice little boutique hotel, and the washer/dryer, was a very nice added touch, even if it was a little rough on the clothes. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing that potential guests should know is that, in our room at least, there were no blackout drapes, which meant that it got light fairly early in the morning in late May. (The window coverings that were there did provide good privacy.)"

"It’s nice there is a hot springs. Not that it’s super nice but hot springs is great nonetheless. I got this for $76 a night and I was annoyed that when I went to book a third night the day before, it was only $51. And it came with a balcony and the other room did not. So try to stay here for less than $60 a night. Also don’t lose your key card they try to charge ¥2000 yen and don’t tell you that before. "
