"This a apartment with double-story , as standard in Japan (especially in Tokyo) the apartment is not big but Ok for 10pax of us. Must get the email before your arrival, and read the instructions in detail. MUST get the info 72hrs before your check-in. That's no respond after 7pm working hour. "It’s nice there is a hot springs. Not that it’s super nice but hot springs is great nonetheless. I got this for $76 a night and I was annoyed that when I went to book a third night the day before, it was only $51. And it came with a balcony and the other room did not. So try to stay here for less than $60 a night. Also don’t lose your key card they try to charge ¥2000 yen and don’t tell you that before. "

"Our experience here at Coto Toji was amazing, from the beginning a driver was waiting us at Kyoto station and he was the one that did the check in at the property. His name is Kibune, an old short funny Japanese guy who made pleasant our first hour in Kyoto.
