"Great location and amenities, but one disappointing interaction The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide selection of items, and the lounge access was absolutely worth it—great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is spacious, but surprisingly lacks seating. We sat near the cloak room area on what appeared to be a bench (there were no signs indicating otherwise at the time). A young male employee approached and rudely told us to “get off” without offering any explanation. It was an unpleasant interaction that contrasted sharply with the rest of our experience. Overall, a good stay with excellent amenities, though that moment left a negative impression."

"Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Our stay was pleasant and we had no issues. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We were near elevators but never had issues with noise. Would highly recommend for future guests looking for a reasonable rates, location and amenities. "

"I've stayed at this hotel several times & will continue to do so. The prices are very reasonable, polite staff, great breakfast buffet & the airporter bus stop is right outside the street entrance. The only down side is the extremely long check-in line. It was a 45 minute wait to check-in! "

"Situated quite close to Shinjuku but a bit removed from the major bustle of the neighbourhood, staying at the Annex was a great experience. The rooms are modern and clean. There is a funny high step to get into the bathroom, but aside from that, there is more space than your average Tokyo hotel making it a pleasant space to spend some time in after a busy day of visiting. You have the choice of two breakfast buffets with a wide selection of both western and Japanese food choices. There are nearby convenience stores and restaurants. A great choice!"
