"The staff was amazing and they couldn't have done anything more at breakfast. I really enjoyed this amenity. While we had an amazing view, there was loud music at night. Kinda late. The place could use some touch up paint in areas, baseboards need cleaning or paint and the linens (towels and sheets) need some love and wite bright. Just dingy. Thank you."

"I enjoyed the variety of foods the entertainment was nice the staff was great The beds were comfortable but my only complaint is the cheap flat pillows I always admired hotel quality pillows but this is the first time I didn’t like the pillows"

"Jamaica is a beautiful country come enjoy it here at Iberostar rose hall selection suites great for couples or families. Amazing food @ the jerk hut , fine dining dinner selections and sweet friendly accommodating staff members. I truly didn’t want to leave so be sure to book an extra day if you can lol !"

"Unfortunately, I could not award “Excellent”. Upon arrival I was given a ground floor unit, however, there were terrible disturbance above my room. I tried my best to ignore the noise, however it became uncomfortable and unbearable. I finally decided I have had enough and started recording it all. After alerting the front desk team, and had them listen to what I was enduring, they themselves were astonished as to what was going on. They promptly moved me to a second level unit, which was very lovely. Thankfully, the recording does not lie. Form August 27, 2026 - August 29, 2026, was startling, as the noise throughout the day was at random at times. August 29th, was as if chairs and other furnitures were being dragged across the ceiling above my head. Quite, came the balance of August 29th, which I appreciated. Thankfully you!"
