"Although the property itself was fine, it would be nice if guests were advised not to use personal devices such as cellphones on speaker mode and portable speakers in shared spaces. No one wants to hear people's music, conversations and other nonsense while at breakfast/lunch/dinner, sitting in the lobby, on the elevator or casually walking around the property."

"Great value for what you receive. Beautiful property right in the water. Much more quiet and relaxing than other properties. Decor and personal products are tasteful and welcoming. Food at the restaurant was a nice, quality mix of American and Jamaican. The suite was sizable and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how wonderful, friendly, and helpful the staff were. A serene resort on the level of very high end brands, but a boutique experience. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars because there were a few issues. 1. The view from our room overlooked the run down property next door. 2. We had to call maintenance twice to repair issues with the toilet. 3. Water pressure is shower was great, but water temperature was inconsistent. One must keep in mind that the island went through a major disaster less than a year ago. With that said, the issues above are minor compared to other properties. This will be my go to property when in Montego Bay."

"Nice property. Great staff. Fantastic location and breakfast included. The ONLY problem is the club next door blasts music all night long, making sleep difficult. (One night it didn't end until 4am!)"

"My room was so clean, you might slip on the floor. Fresh towels, its a hotel, its not 5 star but it was good, the staff was good abd friendly, the cook on the property cook better than the food at the bar and restaurant next to the property. The jerk chicken was garbage, stick to chef on the property, his chicken and turkey next soup, curry chicken, abd curry goat was banging."

"It was a nice place, my biggest complaint was the food, a lot of the food was not seasoned at all but other than that it was a nice spot with nice beach access."
