Hotel Riu Reggae - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Overall experience was good, but there are some suggested areas for improvement: 1. Live entertainment needs more variety (routines do not seem to change from visit to visit at the resorts). 2. Some foods are too greasy and seem tp be fried using saturated oils. More healthy foods sjould be offered at the buffet. 3. Off-hotel parking area is not well maintained. Got a flat tire in the lot (reported to Customer service - Rm 161 guest). Noticed and retrieved other sharp metal object while parking later the same day."

"Great Food and Atmosphere, but a Few Disappointing Experiences The hotel is beautiful, and the food was absolutely amazing. However, there were a couple of things that took away from what should have been a relaxing, all-inclusive experience. First, I was disappointed to see staff selling coconuts to guests at an additional cost. When staying at an all-inclusive resort, one would expect something as simple as a coconut to be included. Secondly, I did not appreciate feeling pressured to attend a breakfast presentation where staff attempted to sell additional services. Guests come to an all-inclusive resort to relax, unwind, and enjoy their vacation—not to feel obligated to sit through sales pitches. While I truly enjoyed the food and overall atmosphere, these experiences were disappointing. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome and comfortable, not pressured to spend more money. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration, as these practices detract from what could otherwise be an exceptional experience."

"My room was so clean, you might slip on the floor. Fresh towels, its a hotel, its not 5 star but it was good, the staff was good abd friendly, the cook on the property cook better than the food at the bar and restaurant next to the property. The jerk chicken was garbage, stick to chef on the property, his chicken and turkey next soup, curry chicken, abd curry goat was banging."
