Hotel Riu Montego Bay - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms and the staff was great. Everyone there were friendly. When we go back we're going to get the beach view. Food was pretty good and plenty of alcohol! Lol! I highly recommend the place. And be sure to ask for Patrick to be your driver! He was great!!!"

"The only complaint I have is in the main bar that's open 24 hours. The beer was not cold and that was very disappointing. They kept saying something was wrong with it. They put ice in it but other than that everything was wonderful."

"Property is cute & small! Great for couples or even solo travelers (I came solo!). Staff is so nice & helpful at all times. Rooms are fine, not super luxury but nice. Location is ideal if you want to be near nightlife & downtown (I walked to Margaritaville and Lounge 2727 - less than 10 min; The pork pit was maybe a 15 min walk). Very walkable & drivers for other things like exploring & excursions are right outside the gates (the front desk can also assist with setting up transportation too). Loved the access to doctor cave beach and you get beverage service while you’re on the beach, if you’d like. Honestly really great! if you want exteme luxury or a larger resort, may want to explore other options."

"There was a dead cockroach in the hallway for a good 2 days. The hotel staff were nice but the bar staff were rude often kissing teeth if only tipped a dollar. Amenities were decent by were pictured to be better than actually experienced... like the kids water playground area. Do not sign up for a Welcome package / discounts . They take 3 hours of you time and are generally scammy/not worth it."

"My room was so clean, you might slip on the floor. Fresh towels, its a hotel, its not 5 star but it was good, the staff was good abd friendly, the cook on the property cook better than the food at the bar and restaurant next to the property. The jerk chicken was garbage, stick to chef on the property, his chicken and turkey next soup, curry chicken, abd curry goat was banging."
