This is a big deal with Americans and it is false advertisement. 2) please place handles on both sides of sliding door in room. 3) Other property in Jamacia will have bridges to connect the rooms to the main building. Everyone cannot climb stairs and even those who are able choose not to at times. Thank you."

The cleaning staff, security and reception staff are all very customer satisfactory.
