"We stayed one night between Boothbay Harbor and Boston in a family suite. We really loved the water pressure in the shower, and thankfully having the sink separated from shower was good for a group. The beds were comfy and the breakfast amenities were good. The location is pretty cool and the BBQ stuff they have for loaner use is a really nice touch. I see why they were rated top stay in trip advisor !! "
"Everything was excellent except one critical thing. The pool lounge chairs/beds have a metal bar that puts pressure on your lower spine and is painful after 15 min. Very uncomfortable and unforgetable."
"Beautiful old house on quiet street within walking distance of Kennebunkport centre. The house is full of character and has welcoming hosts. The room (The Study) was downstairs and we were the only guests that night, so was very peaceful. Breakfast was cooked by Chris and was delicious.
Will definitely stay here again when we have the chance. "

The only drawbacks were the gross disgusting smokers who stayed there.... Depositing their butts right on the ground.
Also, would suggest maybe limiting pool to only guests that are staying there, not inviting their whole extended family. Kids should also be supervised to use the pool "
"I liked that at night the only way to get into the hotel was with a swipe card, nobody works at the front desk during those night hours so I felt safe. Parking was great and just walking in the area around to get to the restaurants and shopping was really easy."
"This motel was definitely giving Rose Motel vibes. 😁. It was a great place for our stay. We only stayed one night because of our itinerary, but would have liked to stay more. Front desk manager (Alex, I think?) was super helpful and she was super nice. The pool looked nice but we didn’t have enough time to use it. There was a trolley that you could utilize and we would have if we were going to be there longer. Beds were comfy and the rooms had window air units and kept the rooms cool. "
