The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast very well priced. Rooms were well layed out, clean and had free coffee and water."

"The hotel is in a very popular area and was very crowded on the streets but we enjoyed our stay there. Shopping, restaurants and transportation right outside. The staff was excellent. The hotel arranged transportation for us by water taxi right to the front door. We also were given an excursion to Murano that included a visit with a glass master! We would stay there again and recommend it!I almost forgot to mention that the hotel has a rooftop terrace that over looks the Grand Canal!"
