"I thought the room was decent seemed a bit old. The room was clean but shared kitchen area wasn’t. The cleaning service folded and hung our clothes which was super nice. I also wish they had charged the Rome tourist fee before I got there not after. "

I only saw people working there at the desk or at all period for the moment I checked in.
