Amazing mansion conversion into an event center and hotel. And there is even a lift to get you up to the top floor! Breakfast was generous and cooked to order. It was somewhat difficult for me to find using GPS. Needed to ask for help at the Tesco petrol station.

Staff were great. Food was fantastic. I highly recommend the garlic bread with cheese. Comfortable bed in a nice place. Easy to check in and out. Just walk inside and ask a staff member for the key.

Close to train station for Edinburgh

Very clean and convenient. A little strange that I had to give my license plate number as they have a private park ing ticketing company given parking tickets out. I guess it's a way to make money off guest if they forget to punch in. Stayed in Hotels all over the world, but never seen this tourist trap before.

We stayed at The Raeburn for one night on a recent trip to Edinburgh but wish we could have stayed a few more! The room was huge with lovely woodwork and a marble bathroom (the fixtures were top-notch with a huge tub, huge shower, double sink, and towel warmer). This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood without the mobs of tourists. The building is beautiful and quite sprawling. I was on the 2nd floor and had incredible views of Dean village. On clear days you can see quite far beyond the city into the mountains and sea. Enjoyed our stay here. Room was a great size with comfortable beds. Location is excellent: 5 min walk to the castle, and around a variety of shops and restaurants and a very safe area. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only “con” is parking for the hotel, which is about a 15 min walk away, so can be challenging if driving.

Convenient location allowed us to walk to all the attractions, shops, and endless dining options. The staff was friendly, the bartender was a super hard worker and great at his job, and the rooms were clean. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in the UK (and I've been staying at quite a few 5 star hotels). The staff was professional, friendly, and accomodating. They def pay attention to details and ensure we have the best experience. Even provided me some of the best local recs and I was quite impressed (and this is coming from a foodie like me)

This is a wonderful hotel. We will definitely stay here on future trips. The location is ideal and the employees so responsive. Then beds were super comfortable, I just wish they offered a top sheet in addition to the duvet for the weird Americans that are used to that. I'm sure we could have asked for one. Amazing overall. Bed could be a little more Cush but overall great facilities and the cafe at the bottom is wonderful.

Close to the Edinburgh castle, and transportation to airport. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Elevator does not reach the 3rd floor, a wee annoying but not a problem for us.

While it was bizarre being above a shopping mall, the hotel was great. We stayed in a mobility-accessible room which was filled with thoughtful design choices. Loved having the kitchenette, too.
