"Carpets felt sticky, toilet made a loud noise when sitting on it like it wasn’t flush to the floor, there was a hole in the wall behind the microwave that exposed a pipe, there was dust in the corner of the room along carpet/wall, fridge had rust on exterior, the panels that close between bedrooms were broken, the fan vent that circulated air from main bedroom with air conditioner to first bedroom was super noisy and didn’t work well so one bedroom was cold and the other still hot. Kids splash pad area was shut down. If you want a cheap place to stay to enjoy the beach, this is it, very outdated besides the TV. Beds were comfortable though and rooms were spacious. Bring dish soap for washing dishes. "

"Excellent staff - they solve problems, are kind and very helpful. The pull out couch in my room was stained. The afternoon supervisor brought a colleague and the two of them made us comfortable. Kudos. The check in clerk had excellent recommendations for local food and shopping. The housekeeping service needs a lot of improvement. We moped the floor with the bathroom mat and had to ask for housekeeping. Would not rate their housekeeping highly. We also had trouble with the TV. Would have liked to have some information in the room about the amenities on the facility. One can't ask enough questions if they don't know what exists. Their property across the road has beach access and a shower. Excellent value for Myrtle Beach."

"I paid for ocean view room but didn't get it but I wasn't pressed too much about it. I hate that I couldn't hook up my PS5 since I couldn't get to the HDMI channel but overall it was decent room."

"They charged additional fees at the properties. Thr card didnt not open the door, i had to wait roughtly 10mins, the hot tube was nastly. They dont clean the room daily but just take the trash out. No linens changed until you leave"

"All the pools were super clean and well taken care of. Access was great. Beach right out back! Rooms were spotless and very cozy. Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our week staying here and will definitely stay here again. "

"We arrived at 4pm and had to wait more than an hour due to rooms not being released. Front desk was unable to give us a time so we were stuck waiting and told they would text us when the room could be released. Went to this property during a cooler season in April and the indoor pool (only pool warm enough to swim in) was closed for our entire trip. Bowling and arcade on property were nicer amenities to have on site along with a few different food and drink options. Overall cleanliness of the property was just average. Would choose somewhere else if we returned to Myrtle Beach. "
