"Stayed at this property with family for the holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and this property was absolutely gorgeous! Fairly 2 years old and very clean. Check in went smooth. I had already read reviews where once you check in at the front desk, they send you over to another counter just to get your keys and of course convince you to do a time share presentation. We accepted just for the perks. The presentation took 3 hours instead of the 90 minutes they claim. Even after we told them NO they still sent us to another person to try to get us to purchase a 7 day getaway in which we also declined. Nevertheless back to the resort, the outdoor pools are heated which was quite nice, since they do not have an indoor pool. Back porch bites was tasty, but the only complaint as I read in other reviews, is they are extremely short staff, especially on a holiday weekend. It took us 30 minutes to get our food at times. The AC on the lobby floor was out the entire weekend, so when I went to the fitness center located on the lobby floor it was very hot in there which made everyone have a very short workout. During checkout, all the carts were in use so many people had to take all there luggage out piece by piece. When I did go to the front desk to inquire about luggage carts, I was informed this NEW property only have 11 carts which is absurd. Trying to get new owners but not having more carts is ridiculous. Also my hubby brought his PlayStation 5 and the hotel don’t allow gaming hookups!"

"The laundry Room still unclear their machine pay it. There's nothing to them unpaid and the data doesn't work on it. They made me unhappy about that. The entrance door. Cause I can't hear their intercom anything's unopened door yet. It was self automatic their data voice things. Because I am deaf. I just urge to them at the Ocean Park Resort need to change more improvements their facilities this future."

"The room was clean. However, I feel that this property is not fore coming with additional expenses- per day charges plus a per day parking fee that they charge their guests in addition to paying a deposit (which is the 1st night rate before check in). It’s the not money, for me it’s a PRINCIPLE thing. I like transparency. As a customer, I feel that this information needs to be communicated and made known BEFORE hand -on these third party booking websites. This property should at least provide customers with this info ahead of time so that they can weigh/ explore all options at time of booking rooms. My money and time is valuable. No one wants to start their vacation and be caught off guard per se with what can be seen looked upon as extra and/or “hidden fees”. So, what the property refunds it at the end of the stay. I would have appreciated being told this at the time of my booking- on your 3rd party websites prior to booking with you hotel. For the price I paid, I could have stayed at another top tier property with much better pool amenities and didn’t have to pay extra for parking. Usually for most properties parking is included- all you have to do is display your parking decal. To be honest this property isn’t all it is hyped up to and shouldn’t even charge thier guests parking per day- when they barely have enough parking spaces for their guests for starters. Again, th le extra charges at check in did it for me. One time stay is good enough for. I wont be back."
