"Excellent room which faced the main square. I was nervous it would be loud but it was completely sound proofed. Staff were friendly, arranged an airport pick up and gave restaurant recommendations and helpful advice. Breakfast was a buffet and then hot options made to order like pancakes and omelettes. Great walking distance to the main square and to the tram to get round. Would recommend the hotel 10/10 and will stay again if I visit Poland "

"Location, location! On the edge of popular market square, loaded with restaurants and historical sites. Cabs and bus transportation a few yards away. Special mention to breakfast room staff. Natalya and her coworker (sorry I did not catch her name)were on top of everything every minute, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Natalya every morning while she buzzed around the room replenishing food, removing dishes and performing general cleaning. "It was a lovely beautiful hotel.very comfy beds and Pillows .water could be warmer for the shower ,because it was in the centre of town and I am a tourist in Krakow I found it difficult using tram to get there but the tram or bus stops at the hotel ,if anyone using tram it’s number 5 and bus 125 gets you to the hotel from krakow glowny,can’t really comment on breakfast as did not eat there but had drinks there and the staff and receptionist are very helpful ,they even booked me a taxi very early...

"Breakfast buffet looked fantastic. The location was convenient- 10 minutes from the Bronowice train stop, 1 minute from the bus stop, and next to 2 large stores. Which also means it wasn’t in a pretty area. It could have been noisy, but I didnt hear it through the windows."
