"Right let's start with the negatives, which there only a few. Think you can tell the property is a work in progress, definitely needs something things sorting out. Lovely big kitchen, but definitely needs fitting out, with a lot more stuff. Only Minor stuff, like tea towels, utensil draw needs sorting out properly. "Residential, isolated from shops and restaurants. Residence generally unclean and grimy. Furniture needs cleaning and generally the entire home needs refurbishing and painting. One bathroom not operational and both require major upgrades. One party had to check into a hotel as the home was not of the standard expected for the price.
