"Overall, the closeness to a variety of places to eat, its closeness to the convention center and cruise departures makes the spot great. The staff are amazing and rays of sunshine (shoutouts to Reuben!). Check in was a breeze and valet was quick. The condition of the rooms themselves are perfectly serviceable, but not perfect (as an example, a bulb in the bathroom was out and the pull out mirror light didn’t light up either). Overall though, I would definitely book again!"

"We loved the beignets and riding the cable car. The museum district and the statue garden were exquisite! The music on Bourbon Street was awesome and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our waitress at Hard Rock gave us all kinds of helpful tips as well as the hotel staff."
