"The hotel itself is super nice & clean. I booked the room through hotels.com fully paid before I arrived When I arrived a $100 hold was put onto my card ( which online I only seen $30 when arriving ). I checked out Sunday & Monday morning about 3am another $100 was taken off my card. I now have 2 transactions from Westin for $100 each & have no clue why. The 2nd charge I DID NOT authorize them to pull from my card again. I called the hotel & asked them why she is saying something about the $30...

"We loved the beignets and riding the cable car. The museum district and the statue garden were exquisite! The music on Bourbon Street was awesome and everyone was friendly and helpful. Our waitress at Hard Rock gave us all kinds of helpful tips as well as the hotel staff."
