What’s not to like here. Fabulous modern furniture and artwork throughout. Best location by far in Niagara. Wonderful staff who somehow know what you need and want before you know it yourself. Pricey but worth it. You know you deserve a treat!

Food was delicious for 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner!! Facility very well landscaped. Staff very friendly. Convenient parking. Would stay there again!!

From the moment we arrived at the front desk until the moment we left, every interaction with staff was excellent. Comfort and wishes of the guest seem to be paramount. We arrived late for lunch but this was no problem for them. We asked the same afternoon if there was any way we could have afternoon tea at 5.30 so we could do it as pre-theater..the Chef was happy to make it especially for us as long as we could start at 5.15 because dinner starts at 5.30. It felt like nothing was too much...

Quaint and right in the middle of everything. Within walking distance of the theatres. Be aware, the rooms are above the tavern/restaurant and they have live music until 1:00 on the weekends. We stayed on a Tuesday so it was perfect. Did not get a chance to check out the cottages but the music would most likely affect them. We would definitely stay there again.....during the week :)

We have traveled many places and this was one of the beat hotel experiences we have had. Super clean, super attentive and the breakfast to the room was amazing. Would never stay anywhere but here if we return. Five stars!!

I had traveled 7 hours to get there and what i got there was more then what i expected everything was easy going staff was super nice food was very good water park was for every age and size just not kids. The room we got was perfect and at night you can sleep very good and quiet will definitely drive another 6 to 7 hours to stay there loved the place.

We loved our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds comfy. The concierge were very helpful and personable. Ine of the best breakfasts we've had at a hotel stay. The pool was very enjoyable and almost warm. We wished we had time to use the bowling lanes, the mini-golf and the arcade. We highly recommend this hotel.

I would recommend to stay here for your trip.

Stay was great. There is a $20.00 CAD parking fee per night as well as a $2.00 CAD hospitality fee that is not advertised but is charged. Not a big deal, but something that should be published when looking at overall costs.

Everything was perfect with the exception of my air condition unit being so close to the bed and every time it trips out. The noise that came along with it. I would like to suggest some kind of a wall cover pictures not a bad idea
