"Clean room just wish they had normal toilet paper. It was a beautiful room and hair products and handwash and creams were absolutely amazing. It was great to have all the restaurants and such right available and not have to leave the hotel. I definitely would stay there again and the rates for the room was very reasonable.Great stay!!!!"

"I’ve been to Niagara Falls three times, in a different hotel near the falls each time, and this one is definitely the best. The view from our room on the 27th floor was superb, clear views of both the Horseshoe and American Falls. As well as the great view, the room itself was spacious and very clean and quiet. The staff were all helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here and would book again if I’m here again."

"Absolutely excellent staff! The bellman and the greeter were outstanding and the reception staff were very good! The staff at the Moose and Squirrel and the restaurant were wonderful! The staff made this a good experience. The maintenance of our bathroom was another issue. Dripping tub faucet and stuck drain cover in the sink causing a funky odour were not so fun."
