"Property was excellent. Easy to trains and buses. Kitchenette was fully stocked. Had everything you need if you wanted to prepare your own food. Only problem is property is close to a busy street and tradfic noise during the dav is a problem. Other than that, highly recommend. "

"This property is incredible, like staying in your very own spa apartment. The staff were amazing & when we struggled to arrive on the expected day due to a typhoon, called us (English speaking) to give us advice & offer a refund for the night we would miss. Miki met us when we arrived and answered any questions we had about the apartment and Kyoto. If you want a bit of luxury then this is the place for you ... faultless "

"Loved it, felt like a real local. Washer was a plus and included detergent! Fast responses and overall a great stay :) 9.8/10 a little bit dusty specifically the top of air conditioner but hey, it’s an older place, it was expected and part of the vibe. Recommend if you want to stay in a more traditional place hence the name of the place. "

"This was a lovely traditional Japanese home with easy access to bus and shopping. The property is well maintained and spacious. Our only complaints were that the front bedroom is right on the street side and a bit noisy. We were also there during the heat of the summer and that room was very warm.
