"Clean room staff is great "

"This hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean and the breakfast is actually great. We did find one of our beds was in terrible condition, springs sticking out.. felt like sleeping on an old pull out couch. I let reception know as I was checking out as there is no way that bed should be in use. Otherwise the stay was great."

"the staff here is probably the most unfriendly in NY. The guys manning the front desk in the evening as well as the security personnel need a re-fresh in what it means to make guests feel welcome. the room is in need of a serious refresh and the carpets a deep clean, but thats easy enough to overlook for the price and location. It s the staff behaving like thugs that really makes this a hotel to absolutly skip. "
