"The staff are excellent. The hotel had a gym and a pool whichbis not something many London hotels have. The rooms are small but clean. For a solo business traveler, this hotel is great value for the money. I have stayed at thia hotel before and I would return without hesitating."

"The start of your email asked how was my check in and the email was sent to me during our stay?! Having said that check in was quick and easy. Reception staff all very pleasant, polite and helpful. Room was spotless and all the staff at the hotel were so nice and in addition to above extremely professional and smartly dressed. We loved our stay."

"Room excellent, had opening window for some fresh air, a good-sized single room. The bathroom was fine and an espresso machine was included in the price. The only downside was that the room opposite this one 724, either 726 or 723, had a door closer that was set too tight and made the door slam very often including waking me in the night. Breakfast was also superb with an excellent choice and service. It was good to go down the surviving art deco staircase to this. It would be great to see more of this restored on the ground floor round the entrance area with future upgrades of the hotel. Thank you."

"Superb stay, hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and polite. Highlights included the guy who checked us in who was obviously doing his hardest to make us feel really welcome and looked after, breakfasts, plentiful and delicious, and the hotel bar, nice atmosphere day and night."
