The hotel was clean and the room was very nice.

Booked for NY Eve as an intermediate "landing spot" rather than staying downtown or driving home to Milwaukee. I've stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn, and this Residence Inn is a MUCH better experience and at slightly better pricing.

This facility is so well managed. It isn’t a new building, but you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property and taking good care of their customers. Breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets in addition to so many other options. They even switch it up from day to day so you have different choices. Stated multiple times and always enjoy it

I gotta say I would definitely recommend this Hotel and will book with them again if Im around chicago again. The room looks clean and VERY spacious with affordable price. It has heated pool and a gym. Also I paid extra to include the breakfast buffet during my visit which was worth it.

The staff was polite and courteous. My room was clean. My stay was peaceful, with out distraction. I'll be staying here again going forward. Thank you, for your hospitality.

We stayed four nights as a getaway for my wife and I. The entire staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Housekeeping was especially good, our room was spotless every day!

Good hotel for proximity to North Shore activities.

Felt safe because of neighborhood but the entry door on the east side of building was open. Anyone could walk in and move right to elevators with little chance of being seen by staff.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is right next to 3 restaurants and a fashion mall so it’s a quick walk from there. Also super convenient for events like conventions at the Donald Convention Center. Good service and free WiFi is a plus. Great parking garage location with easy access, plus 18 check in so that’s a bonus for me. Overall, excellent experience worth the money spent on for the nights my buddy and I stayed.

Hotel is well appointed with beautiful rooms and an elegant, luxurious bathroom. The staff was helpful and the hotel is in the middle of the best shopping abd restaurants in Chicago! Wull definitely be my "go to" hotel in Chitown!
