Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant had a long line, had to wait at least 10 min to get in, staff seemed stressed. Floor of the hotel room needed some maintenance, sanding and staining would help. "It was absolutely fantastic. An old Villa transformed in a boutique hotel with great personality. It is like to be at home but even better! Many languages are spoken there! Rooms are gigantic and furniture is practical yet with a neat design, although the rooms look very romantic. The cosy lounge at the first floor with the balcony and the garden outside complete the picture...."
