"The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. "Our stay was great! We were sad it was only for one night! The pool on the grounds was lovely, as well as close proximity to Termina Therma. We enjoyed our spacious room and the setting was amazing even though it was a bit far from the train station (though taking the bus makes it very reasonable!)"
