"It was incredible! No complaints at all. Room was very nice, all amenities were nice as well. The lobby and bar was clean, well decorated, and very inviting! Special mention to receptionist Hang! She was so so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Love her!"

" Just spent few days in Hanoi. And Royal Palace hotel is one of the best hotel so far. If you're travelling alone, this hotel is located in Old Quarter area, which popular for tourists, and also near the St Joseph Cathedral. The hotel manager (Jimmy) is a nice guy. He told me some information about Hanoi. And it was useful, since i travelled alone :-). The room is nice, modern mix retro style. Which i love it. The AC is good. Shower with hot water. Clean and tidy. "

"This was an excellent hotel with fabulous staff. The breakfast was included and was delicious with lots of options. I also got a massage in the spa and it was a great experience.
