"My experience was great and Alex allowed me to check in early due to my early arrival. At first, I had to wait until at least 2pm but he came over to me shortly after and notified me I could. All was clean and enjoyed my stay. The only flaw I saw in the hotel was Rafael clearing tables and at the same time cleaning and refilling sugars etc when breakfast was Ed big with the same blue gloves on with not changing at all. I found it quite disgusting as he was cleaning with a rag at the same time restocking."

"We flew in and droppped baggage at noon. Were told we would get a call when room was ready and that didn’t happen. Otherwise, bed was comfy and very roomy and central location was convenient."
