We were there during hurricane Milton and the communication from the hosts was great, in fact it was great at every step, from booking to getting home, they were in constant contact with useful information. We had everything we needed to prepare full meals for the 2 of us. We got to see the disney fireworks from the area near the lifts, which was great. Only visited the pool area a couple of times but it was lovely and the water was warm...
