It was stunning and pristine. Very well managed, maintained and extremely clean. Awesome amenities and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. My wife and I loved it and we’re so glad we chose to stay here for our 25th anniversary.

New hotel, clean, no carpet!

very nice salted pool

This property was safe and clean which is our number one expectation. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast and evening snacks were always well stocked and of good quality. The hotel is in a convenient location for transport to universal, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Great stay. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Great location near airport and services

Very close to universal, walkable locations, and many food options near by!

Excelente overall this is one of the best Hotel at Universal

The cleanliness of the property, the rooms are cleaned daily. Whet I didn’t like was an extra charge of $175 after I have paid for my 7days stay and upon checking in I was told a service fee of $175 for the 7days I’m staying which I wasn’t informed about when I booked my stay.

I was worried we would not even be able to check in. I was so wrong to worry! The girl at the front desk was so sweet and even offered us an extra hour so we could sleep a little longer. The resort is beautiful! The space is great! Everything was clean! We really enjoyed our short amount of time here and we will...
