"A cozy, well equipped cabin with a nice deck and fenced yard for our dog. Lots of wildlife, both 4 and 2 legged. Enjoyed hiking Coyote Hill and Power Line. Our hostess, Joan, was very responsive and so pleasant. We enjoyed our time there. "

"Couldn’t have asked for any better. Walking distance to everything. Clean, well stocked home. They have thought of everything. Colorado weather was un typically warm for this time of year, so we had to adjust things to keep the house cool. Hosts were great & easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there if we go to Pagosa Springs again."

"Awesome place. Loved the fenced in yard for the pup. We had daily visits from mule deer and chipmunks that he loved to chase after. Plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked and the den was awesome - nice big tv and comfy furniture. Large king sized bed with its own AC unit in the master. Well stay here again."
