"I like that it was a small family owned hotel. I felt that we were treated like family and got personal service. It is also very centrally located so very convenient access and close to bus and tram stops."
"This great hotel had a very unique vibe, and lots of amenities, the breakfast was fantastic and the location was perfect, right in the middle of the city centre. "

"The hotel was walking distance from the old city centre but was also opposite a metro station with bus and tram stops right outside. Travelling around was easy. Live plants abound in public areas, friendly, helpful staff. Our bedroom was spacious with a roomy bathroom and the lounge bistro area was welcoming, the food and drink was very good. Breakfast was a varied buffet with a good range of food options constantly replenished. The hotel seemed to cater for both tourists and business and had a good, friendly atmosphere. We enjoyed our short stay very much and would happily return."

One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—very good selection and quality, a great way to start the day.
A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk who checked us in. She was incredibly nice, friendly, and accommodating—truly a standout in hospitality. We really wish all hotel staff were as warm and welcoming as she was!"
