"The bed was broken and slanted badly. The sink was terribly small. The old house was just thrown together and patched together to make it work. Bedding seemed clean and towels were good. And shower was good but overall pretty shabby. We wouldn’t stay there again"

"The rooms were very clean, the staff was very friendly, polite, helpful and made you feel like you were family. The breakfast buffet was good. The most important part was how friendly and helpful the staff was."

"The staff that were human were awesome (I've stayed there before). But the hotel's problem solving was AI gone bad. No humans on hand in my building. Everything automated. But the code into my room had issues (though it worked on the main entrance). Then, I couldn't figure out the programming to the cheap remote heater. The coffee maker just flat-out didn't work. You can only ask a computer for help so many times. Shame on the owners for saving so much by screwing potential real humans out of...

"Suuuuuuuper convenient and safe, nice area of DC , the location is less than 5 minutes from a metro station, the neighborhood is filled with great restaurants and markets. The amenities and all in one convenience of having a bar, dinning area and lounging spot, almost makes you want to stay in and enjoy the hotel a bit more, but a las there’s just so much to do in DC"

"The staff were very nice and very helpful. The room was very small. The large windows with the “city view” are just looking straight into other windows not far away and they can see right into your room! Advertised robes that were never seen. Advertised on demand movies when actually you either have to pay an outrageous amount of money for one or Bluetooth your phone to the tv so you can watch movies on apps you already have. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that did not have a...

"Will stay again!"

"Our stay at this hotel in Washington was quite disappointing, particularly in terms of guest services and basic hospitality. First, we were surprised to learn that, despite booking two rooms, we were required to pay an additional charge for parking. Guests travelling by car should be clearly informed about such additional charges at the time of booking. It is also disappointing that parking arrangements for hotel guests are treated as an extra burden rather than a basic aspect of...
