Bring your Off Road Toys and ride out of the garage onto the bordering open ride BLM land.

**Spacious Master Suite includes a queen bed, treadmill, walk-in closet, dual vanity, spacious shower and seperate soaking tub.

**Three Private Bedrooms include queen beds and spacious closets

**Front sitting room includes board games as well as large entry table/desk with a seating bench

***Open Space Living Room with smart TV

*** Kitchen includes coffee bar and is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking, baking, and dining.

**Back Deck with charcoal egg and outdoor dining set overlooks a spacious yard and additional mountain views.

The last two miles of the road to the house is a well maintained, unpaved road. Please follow owners directions to property to ensure a smooth entry.


The entire home and garage, as well as over 15 acres bordering open ride will all be yours to enjoy.

Although we have not encountered any, as with any desert property please be aware of your surroundings and watch your step as you enjoy the acreage. Snakes, spides and scorpions do not want to be around you anymore than you want to be around them.
