"Great location in April Sound Proper. Very comfortable bed. There is a wall AC unit but it kept us cool and we slept very well. Plenty of space for food items in the fridge. The kitchenette was nice but we didn't need it while we were there. I like the windows in the unit and it faced a green area I think along the golf course area. Host was very responsive. "

"It was worth the cost. Just be aware that the restaurant and bar does karaoke late and you are 10 feet from it and it is loud. But the place was clean and everything went fine other than the very off key singing. "
