There prices were very high for the services you get no one specializes in one thing its NOT the people who perform the services at all they’re doing exactly what they have been taught it’s the big shots who are doing there job to make sure it’s a real spa which it is NOT"

"It's hard to imagine a better All Inclusive experience at this price point. The food is truly excellent and the staff/service is impeccable. I could go into lengthy detail, but this is a smashing deal for a beautiful property that does everything well... OK, a few standouts... Coffee Shop, Sushi Bar, Quiet Pool w/swim up bar, all three specialty restaurants were legitimately wonderful, higher end (Call brands) liquor included (when others are using well/cheap)... Wyndham Alltra PDC competes!!!"

"The room was clean and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. I will say the room was clean and cleaned regularly. The pictures on Expedia are deceiving. The building needs some remodeling and the picture look like they were taken when the place was built. The pool wasn't working the last two days and was cloudy and a little green. The elevator was also out of service. Not that that was an issue but if you can't do stairs and you are on the third floor it is something to be aware of. Our hot tub wasn't working, but the staff got right on it. Staff again was perfect."
