"I have absolutely no complains about our stay. Our room was big and beautiful, the beds were very comfy, the food was very tasty and very plentiful, high quality ingredients. The service was just exceptional! A big heartful thank you to the staff, who work hard day and night to make guests feel special and welcome! "Great property, nicely setup and well taken care of. Common areas are fantastic, with touch of luxury and authenticity. Food is nothing special, average at best, but the restaurants setup is really nice. If you like activities, the staff is not that interested in summoning people in to participate, there is not an active engagement to get few people in to play volleyball or stretch. If you are there, you're there, if no one shows up they leave. Service is wonderful, rooms are great. Beach is super nice, but seaweed is unbearable, like in all areas of that coast. Water is brown. I am a beach person and dont like swimming pools, yet couldn't force myself to go into the water, it was that bad. Yet again, it is not a property issue, it is a regional issue at large. Outside areas are nice and safe to walk. There is a small shopping plaza right across and Playa Del Carmen is 25 minutes away walking. Cab is $10 each way. The whole area is safe and fun to walk around. The whole Playacar area is gated, and the hotel is double gated. We had a great time."

"Amazing vacations ♥️♥️ The amenities and shows were spectacular, great location close to everything. Location was fantastic Playacar is in the middle of Cancun and Tulum. Walking & shopping very close and safe, great food amazing staff very friendly and always with a smile ready to help and answer all your questions. Clean rooms and spacious every day housekeeping. Special “THANKS” to Johnathan “bell boy” Liliana in the front desk and Laura guest service and manager. They all made our vacation special and very pleasant stayed. Five star ⭐️ and we will visit again soon!"

"It was awesome trip to Cancun specifically Playa del Carmen .Hotel was good not great Shower was cold mostvof the times and somebstuff had normal wear and tear. The Jungle view was Awesome Trees everywhere all types and some marsipuals walking the gardens The Buffet was Great at Chula Vista Breakfast we had many choices from eggs to mexican dishes and chilaquiles and were Delicious with the Salsas on top Tables Poolside make you feel rrally on Vacation. Swimming pools were nice and access to beach was delightful The club upstairs on Fridays was Totally kool with color coded headphones coordinated to the 3 DJs that are playing The Virtual Club is different but awesome experience and the bar tender was quick im making the drinks which help keep the flow moving .The Late Night Snack Bar hit the spot at 1:00 am tacos of fajitas de carne were recommended Alexis the gentleman was a pleasure to talk too and a Good Worker.... Liked thr place and will be returning in the future Thanks Reef Staff "
