"The bar and restaurant were quite accommodating, and the concierge service was helpful. Check in and check out were great and very smooth. Location was perfect for what I needed and felt very safe at all times. The only drawback was an unexpected on site daily charge that was given back in food and beverage credits, but had to be used in that same day. I wasn’t always able to use the credit, so it was a fee directly to the hotel and on my credit card that I did not expect or plan for in my overall budget."

"Excellent location, the staff was very friendly and never had any issue while staying there. I will say that this was the first Embassy that the beds were not as comfy or soft as other locations I’ve stayed at. They were a little too firm, but the breakfast buffet and happy hour is always a plus and was great! I definitely will stay here from now on"

"Beautiful hotel overall, not your ordinary room, class and attention to detail. The roof top is 10/10, one of the best in the city and in the evening, you can tell by how busy it is and the line to get up. Guest have VIP access to the Basement Club/bar venue, no wait. Line is always long, including access to roof top no matter what, no wait. Staff is friendly and timely; the food options and bar are top notch. Best part is you are in arguably the best part of the city, we were able to walk to everything, and subways are close for airport. One of my best hotel experiences by far. Location location location! I will return"

"Recent stay with Husband and daughter to visit NYC. Hotel is clean. Not very convenient to restaurants and transportation. The hotel does offer shuttle to and from airport which is nice. Staff was nice, but not very helpful and sometimes waited several minutes for someone to show up at front desk. Breakfast not included (not even continental) which was a bummer. There is a restaurant on site with great staff and good food (awesome happy hour menu☺️) Overall, we had a good stay."

"Conveniently located within a few blocks of the Amtrak station. Surrounded by shopping and restaurants, both convenience and more upscale. Uber delivered food within a very short time. Nice outdoor seating area. Accessible by several subway lines. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, as well as the pillows. The linens were soft. Everything smelled great. Shower was perfect temperature and water pressure was great! Quiet, but for street noise, but it’s NYC! The elevators were overwhelmed and had to walk down a couple of times. I was on a lower floor and felt bad for those on 22, etc. I would pass on the restaurant in the hotel. It was less than stellar. The snacks in the lobby are nice, but we brought some from Target for ourselves and it was cheaper. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again."
