"The location is convenient and the room itself was clean, which are definite positives. However, the overall experience was impacted by outdated amenities and lack of basic modern conveniences. The room did not include USB charging ports, which is something most travelers expect today. More significantly, the air conditioning/heating unit appeared very old and was extremely loud—comparable to an airplane landing. It ran throughout the night and made it difficult to get virtually any sleep. Another drawback is the lack of secure luggage storage. There is no designated luggage room; instead, there is only a small, open area near the front desk with very limited capacity, which does not feel secure or sufficient. While the hotel meets basic needs, the outdated infrastructure and noise level significantly affected the comfort of the stay. We will not be returning."

"It’s a beautiful hotel super close to soho, local bars and restaurants. Rooms are quite small with not much storage for personal things. We everyone was super nice besides one bartender on the rooftop bar. "

"Very dated hotel with super hard mattresses. The windows are very thin and you hear all the traffic noise from 7th avenue all night long. At one point I actually checked to ensure the window was closed because the traffic noise was so loud and it was 2am. The water pipes are very dated and make a ton of noise when you or the neighboring room are using the toilet or shower. Our sink handles leaked when you turned on the faucet so there was always water pooling. No security to get on and off the hotel elevator at any time. so anyone can push the. Button anytime of day and get off elevator whether it’s their floor or not! I picked due to location but probably won’t be staying here in the future. "

The location is very convenient, with easy access to everything I needed during my stay. My room was always clean and well maintained, which made it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I needed anything. Overall, it was a very comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future. The free walking tours were also a great touch. A great way to see NYC!"
