"Enjoyed our stay, they offer complimentary breakfast which was very good quality and also had happy hour in the evening. Rooms were clean and spacious, we booked a King suite."

"This was a very comfortable and secure property in an enjoyable walking environment. Beautiful room, comfortable beds, and large bathroom and modern shower. It was a little too high tech for me… never did figure out to get local San Francisco stations on the TV. The staff was very responsive to our requests. I also liked that the parking was internal to the compound of rooms."

"I always love staying here and will continue to. I downgraded to a 4 of 5 stars due to the new charge for parking. There is a huge lot and this is a suburban area. There shouldn’t be any need for this property to charge a surprise $15 per night to park a vehicle in a massive lot."

"FYI. Food at the Tides is good but be aware that the portions are huge. Maybe sharing would be my advise. Also try to pay thru your card not thru the hotel so the charges are clear."

"It was a great location to stay. There is parking in front of hotel, but valet parking is a way to go. I paid $45 per night with in and out anytime."

"There seems to a plumbing issue going on with the property. Granted that it's 3 stories but the drainage does not seem to work very well when the shower is running and toilet is very slow flushing. The water pipes rattled a bit as well when turned on. AC unit was ok, not great. The bed was comfortable and the room itself was very quiet."
