"This is my second stay and it’s truly one of my favorite places to escape to a few hours from the city all times of year. It brings such nostalgic coziness from the fireplace in the architecturally beautiful lodge hotel rooms to the DVD library game room to s’more kits for the fire pit outside. Friendly staff, incredible breakfast in the morning and clean overall, highly recommend."

"What I liked most about this place were the following: 1)Price was much more reasonable during the month of Sept 2)Very friendly, helpful and professional staff from reception to housekeeping to staff helping to carry our luggage’s up the stairs. 3) beautiful corner rooms that overlook the bodega bay and the hills behind the property. I especially loved seeing the cows and calves up close! 4) nice layout of the clean property 5) although I didn’t go into the pool or hot tub, they were both big. 6) rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was too."
