"Room was a bit small, The hotel is a bit old. The carpet floor doesnt seem to be that clean in our room and through out our stay it felt like they never vacuumed. The location was great tho, its very close to usual hotspots"

"The room and was clean and bright, and the blackout curtains kept everything dark at night. Full-size bathtub in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was served at the adjoining Stargate Hotel, and navigating the connection was a bit confusing as well as the separate check-in counters for the hotel. I was not happy with the shuttle bus service to Kansai International Airport--the last bus left around 10 a.m., and my flight didn't leave until 6:30 p.m., so I ended up taking a taxi. Definitely not satisfied with this service and will probably choose a different hotel next time because of this."

APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Namba Ekimae Tower

"Fantastic experience at this APA Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring, with easy access to public transit, restaurants, and shops. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was very comfortable. A special shoutout to the staff, who were always welcoming and friendly. Great value!"

The Royal Park Canvas - Osaka Kitahama

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was well situated above Kitahama station and it can also be accessed via the subway from Yodabashi station which provides access to the Shin-Osaka station. The room was smaller than we were expecting but it was still comfortable for 2 people, the breakfast option was very good with a good selection to cater for a range of palettes. A range of amenities was provided in the reception area where guests can pick the amenity they require. The Royal Park Canvas is a good option which is away from the hustle and bustle of the Dotonburi area but with good transport option so the city can be explored very easily from the doorstep of the hotel."

"Look, I'm not gonna lie. When it comes to location, this place is all Aces! Right in the middle of Dotonbori street is a pretty great place to be, if you don't mind stepping out into the chaos of that street. Lots of restaurants, shops, and arcades nearby. That being said, there are some things to consider before you book here. 1: The room is much smaller than you expect. Certainly smaller than the photos represent. 2: There were unidentifiable stains on our carpet. We ended up putting extra towels over them, because God knows what they came from. 3: There was a sewer gas smell that kept appearing in our bathroom, despite us having the fan on. 4: The laundry situation... Look, if the hotel is anywhere near capacity, good luck being able to do your laundry on site. They only have 3 very small washing machines for this huge hotel. They also don't clean the machines very often, from what I could tell. I'm not going to beat a dead horse here. I've certainly stayed in much worse. It's not a bad hotel. It's just not a great one. If location is the most important thing to you, then feel free to book this hotel for your stay."

The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji

10/10 Excellent

"Best value for money. It takes a short walk to the subway station (Midosuji Line). If you are feeling adventurous, just walk straight from the hotel all the way the way to Dotonbori (Approximately 2km walk). Room’s are spacious and most importantly, you can place your luggages at the mini hallway inside your room."

HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT

10/10 Excellent

"We just stayed for 1 night. We’re getting the Panstar cruise the following day. We went to Universal walk, took pictures & grabbed something to eat. We had a wonderful & restful night. The breakfast buffet the following day was plentiful, wide variety to choose from. Thank you Universal port hotel."
